Our Story
Welcome to Mystic Hills Boer Goats!
We are a family operated farm located in the beautiful rolling hills approximately 30 minutes north east of Lloydminster Saskatchewan.
What started out as an experiment to see if goats would eat buck brush, turned into a small business we are very passionate about.
In the fall of 2018 we brought our first goats home and it didn't take long for us to see two things, we needed better fences and we enjoyed the noisy trouble makers!
Our first goats consisted of four Toggenburg does, a Nubian and our first boer buck (Pryme Strike It Rich) we loved the vigorous crosses and still have two of our first Togg does in the herd but we have added boer does to accomplish our goal of having a purebred boer program.
We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase such excellent genetics from the start which has inspired us to grow our herd and select animals who display the best breed characteristics, function, longevity and temperament.
Our current herd consists of about 20-25 does and two bucks.
we are proud to offer both traditional and coloured fullblood & percentage boers.
Herd Health & Program
At Mystic Hills Boer Goats, we offer a variety of purebred and percentage Boer goats. Our goats are raised in a healthy and natural environment, and we take great care in ensuring their well-being. We believe in providing our customers with high-quality goats that are healthy and sound. Whether you are looking for a goat for breeding, showing, 4-H or simply as a pet, we will do our best to find the perfect goat for you.
Our herd is Johnes & CAE negative.
We test all abscesses and have NOT had a positive for CL.
To ensure we are doing our best to select the best breeding animals possible, we take part in the CMGA Type Evaluation program whenever available.
